Captain Plakia, the woman "with eyes of melted gold". I have wanted a cel of her ever since I got into cel collecting. She's a great character, and her story arc nearly makes me cry every time. I also think she has a beautiful character design. The hard part is finding a decent shot of her. Most cels are close-up face shots, or pulled back near-full-body shots, neither of which I'm particularly fond of. I saw this cel sitting on Anime Museum and I pounced on it. It's still not as nice as I would like, but it is decent enough for now. If only it were centered... Ah well. Cel is C7, with a full matching unstuck sketch. Extremely minor line fading- it's that red-brown paint again.
