Oh, Seelnay. You are an interesting character. Seelnay here was originally a vassal to Baron Febdash, but given the first chance to she switched her loyalties to Lafiel. This particular shot is from the epilogue of the series, where we see Seelnay has gone on to own her own starship repair business. Cel is B5, and has only minor line fading in her hair.
